Build a catalogue viewers want to keep watching

Acquire streaming licences, develop original productions and shape your catalogue. Programmes wear out with audiences: decide what stays on air, what rests in the archive and which new release earns a prime spot. Connect programming, subscription pricing, marketing and streaming capacity into your strategy.

From screenplay to premiere

Hire writers and commission new material. Choose the production scale and studio, cast roles and negotiate fees. A failed negotiation can cost you your first-choice performer; an expensive contract leaves less money for the rest of the production. Buy studios, improve their equipment and respond to setbacks during filming. At the premiere, discover how critics and audiences receive your work. Continue successful series with further seasons.

Build your talent agency and sign actors and directors for the long term. Follow their skills, fame, age and contracts.
